Hartville Collectibles is a family-owned specialty retail store in Hartville, Ohio (part of Hartville Hardware) that sells women’s apparel, accessories and gift items. The business faced the challenge of running a dynamic, inventory‑intensive collectibles operation—many items lack UPCs—and needed better purchasing and merchandising insight to buy the right products in the right quantities.
