Yoder’s Shipshewana Hardware, an 18-employee hardware and home center in Shipshewana, Indiana, struggled with complex specialty inventory sourced from many suppliers and local vendors. Manual processes and inconsistent SKU/UPC use made inventory counts and ordering inaccurate and time-consuming.
