Epicor implemented EDI IX with archive and human-readable documents, along with custom logic to meet Leviton’s needs. After about six months of migration and training, employees could research and resolve claims on their own, reducing IT dependency, speeding customer service, and improving productivity; Epicor also delivered the custom coding in about a week, and Leviton plans to expand the solution further.
