Elmwood Home Hardware Building Centre is a third‑generation, family‑owned hardware and building-supplies retailer with five locations in eastern Canada. After nearly 30 years on legacy Epicor Dimensions software, the company needed a modern POS and inventory platform to reduce manual work, improve multistore pricing accuracy, and support growth without disrupting staff or customer service.

Elmwood implemented Epicor Eagle N Series and complementary tools (Training on Demand, Eagle Mobile Lookup/Manager, Mobile Shopper, Mobile RF, Compass and data import) to automate pricing, inventory counts and competitor pricing checks. The change cut pricing adjustments from hours to seconds, saved inventory managers 2–3 hours a day (and 2–3 hours per store at year‑end), delivered real‑time data and improved customer service, staff efficiency and overall profitability.
