Hampton Lumber, a fourth-generation family-owned lumber company, needed a more scalable and reliable way to handle growing EDI demands as its business expanded. Its older in-house EDI setup relied on multiple third-party vendors, created manual work, and caused data entry and customer service challenges. Hampton Lumber was already using Epicor LumberTrack ERP and looked to Epicor for a better integrated solution.

The result was automated invoicing and order entry, improved data accuracy, faster issue resolution, and easier onboarding of new customers.
