Hallmark Building Supplies, a Waukesha, Wisconsin–based distributor founded in 1974, supplies branded building materials across 21 states with six locations and five warehouses. Facing rapid growth and same‑day shipping demands, Hallmark needed a next‑generation ERP to improve customer support, handle a complex six‑tier pricing structure, integrate eCommerce, and give users real‑time access to dashboards and reports.

Hallmark implemented Epicor ERP v10 (with Service Connect for eCommerce integration) and built custom pricing logic through the Epicor Custom Solutions Group on a Microsoft SQL Server back end. The solution delivered the performance and responsiveness required for high‑volume, same‑day fulfillment, real‑time decisioning via dashboards and reporting, better visibility and planning that eliminated costly transfers and waste, and improved financial management and cash flow (including faster vendor reconciliation and reduced material damage).
