GF AgieCharmilles, a Swiss maker and global supplier of precision machine tools and automation, operates sales and factories across Asia. The company faced fragmented operations across entities of different sizes, multiple currencies and languages, and varied tax rules—creating reporting, consolidation and training challenges as it scaled in the region.

To address this, GF implemented Epicor iScala 2.2 (financials, logistics, CRM, BI and reporting) across 10 Asia sites, standardizing processes and enabling real-time consolidated reporting and faster onboarding of new entities.
