Flow-Rite, a Michigan-based manufacturer of fluid control devices, was looking for budget planning software that could connect to its Epicor Kinetic ERP system and replace a cumbersome Excel-based budgeting process. The company needed better visibility, accessibility, and more accurate real-time reporting, so it turned to Epicor Financial Planning and Analysis (Epicor FP&A).

Epicor implemented Epicor FP&A to streamline budgeting and reporting, and Flow-Rite went live in December 2021. The result was a major efficiency gain: budgeting that once took about three days in Excel now takes just a few hours, and on-demand reports are much easier for the finance team to create and access. With Epicor, Flow-Rite gained self-service reporting, better drill-down analysis, and reduced manual work for the finance department.
