Gordon White Lumber Company is a fourth-generation, family-owned lumber and building materials retailer based in Oklahoma City with six locations and 45 employees. After using Epicor Eagle mainly as a cash register, the company faced excess inventory, long accounts receivable days and inefficient staffing that limited cash flow and operational effectiveness.

Working with Epicor Professional Services and fully adopting Epicor Eagle, consultants implemented inventory controls, order-point purchasing, AR aging/reporting and operational viewers, plus price‑rounding and process changes.
