Etisoft, a global leader in labeling and automatic identification products, faced a slow, error-prone manual process for handling customer orders, shipment notices, and invoices. Although it had an ERP system in place, many documents still arrived as PDFs, spreadsheets, or emails and had to be entered by hand, creating delays and costly errors. Etisoft chose Epicor and its Data Interchange EDI solution to address these challenges.

Epicor implemented the Odex module within Data Interchange to automate document exchange, data mapping, and format translation between Etisoft and its customers. The result was faster processing, virtually eliminated order errors, and better forecasting; orders that once took hours now take seconds. Epicor’s solution has automated over 80% of forecasting processes and helped raise productivity by up to 30%, while also supporting communication with 30 customers across more than 200 factories.
