Al Naboodah Group Enterprises (ANGE) is a UAE conglomerate founded in 1958 that employs over 15,000 people across 15 companies spanning construction, MEP, automotive, logistics, agriculture and more. The Group struggled with three disparate, heavily customised ERP instances that created “islands of data,” hindered integration and upgrades, slowed reporting (e.g., taking days to reconcile receivables), and prevented standardisation, scalability and cost-efficient shared services.

ANGE implemented Epicor Kinetic group‑wide in a phased rollout—starting with HCM/payroll and reporting, then finance, supply chain and service—and later added Epicor ECM. The single, scalable platform delivered one source of truth and enabled shared services for finance, HR and procurement, faster decision‑making, better governance and employee self‑service, reduced third‑party applications and licensing costs through concurrent licensing, and positioned the Group for future growth and cloud adoption.
