Dendro Poland is a fast-growing foam mattress manufacturer in Poland, supplying major customers including IKEA. As the company expanded with a new factory and broader product range, its outdated ERP couldn’t support centralized data, cross-department integration or efficient production and logistics planning, creating a need for a scalable, integrated system.

Dendro implemented Epicor iScala (production, financial and logistics modules) in a phased rollout, integrating external systems and enabling barcode-based production reporting. The result was centralized real-time data, improved inventory control and logistics, seamless integration with IKEA’s systems, better production planning and overall increased operational efficiency.
