JSC TD Electroizdelia, based in Ekaterinburg, is a regional distributor with nine branches supplying a wide range of products to wholesale and retail customers. Managing many buyers, suppliers and large assortments exposed gaps in planning and control, and the company needed to separate bookkeeping from administrative accounting and introduce management accounting and enterprise activity planning.

Electroizdelia selected Epicor iScala with Epicor iScala Active Planner and worked with local partner UrZA on an eight-month implementation, later integrating retail and warehouse systems via Epicor Service Connect. The deployment automated purchasing, sales, accounting and warehousing, optimized business processes, enabled the move from bookkeeping to management accounting, and improved visibility and coordination for timely decisions.
