RADOX, founded in 2002, is a leading Romanian HVAC distributor and the country’s largest producer of bathroom radiators and ornamentals. Facing fierce competition from cheaper imports, the company struggled with outdated servers, limited database capacity and memory, and operational bottlenecks that slowed reporting and daily operations.

RADOX upgraded to Epicor iScala 3 to modernize its ERP. The upgrade cut report run-times (from about three minutes to one), removed process bottlenecks, reduced staff stress, and improved responsiveness and customer service by shortening lead times, speeding analysis, and making it easier to introduce new modules and workflows.
