Rutland Plastics is a UK-based custom moulder founded in 1956, with turnover around £9M and over 100 employees. The growing business was hampered by an unsupported, industry-specific legacy MRP, fragmented data in many Excel sheets and poor reporting — issues that threatened customer service, stock control and overall operational visibility.

Rutland implemented Epicor ERP (largely building expertise and custom dashboards in-house) and integrated document management with Altec doc-link.
