Rentokil Initial is a FTSE 250 global specialist in pest control, hygiene and workwear services, operating in 70 countries with around 30,000 employees and circa £1.8bn revenue. The company faced uneven growth across markets, fragmented local IT systems, slow processes and a lack of confidence after a previous poor ERP experience, so it needed a unified, scalable platform to support faster expansion.
