Accu, a data-driven engineering company serving more than 100,000 engineers with over 500,000 precision components, needed a simpler way to turn multiple data sources into clear, usable business intelligence. Epicor implemented Grow BI and later integrated it with Epicor Prophet 21, helping Accu automate reports, consolidate data from SQL and Google Analytics, and improve visibility across sales, warehouse, marketing, and customer response times. The results included faster, more accurate reporting, better KPI tracking, dynamic date comparisons, and smarter decisions such as optimizing warehouse space and product ranges; Accu also noted that Grow BI has supported significant growth and expanded its BI team from three to eight people.
