Process Technology, Inc. (PTI) is a 13‑employee electrical distributor in Murray, Utah, serving multiple Western states. PTI’s challenge was to become a recognized industry name by improving inventory turns and customer service while staying lean and efficient.

PTI implemented Epicor Prophet 21 with support from Epicor Professional Services and the Epicor Learning Management System, using automated workflows and self‑paced training to tailor the system to their needs. The result: annual revenue grew from $5M to $9M (2007–2011) with only two additional hires, while customer service, competitiveness and company valuation significantly improved.
