Dempster’s Automotive Supply, a single-store, 18-employee parts supplier in Barrie, Ontario, struggled with a paper-bound back office: stacks of invoices, overstuffed filing cabinets and about 50 monthly customer calls to track down missing documents, costing staff time and reducing productivity.
