The decentralized setup created inconsistent pricing, duplicate data, and manual rework for ERP entry and CAD drawings, limiting efficiency and accuracy.

CMTP implemented Epicor CPQ to centralize configure-price-quote activities into a single source of truth, with automated cost updates, CAD generation via Solidworks, and ERP integration. With Epicor, quoting time fell from two days to just 5–10 minutes, pricing consistency improved across all sites, and manual drawing and data-entry work was greatly reduced.
