Chelyabinsk Shaft Construction Company (CHSHP) is a large Russian industrial and civil construction firm founded in 1978 with about 2,000 employees, manufacturing capabilities and a vehicle fleet, delivering turnkey projects including work on nuclear facilities. As the business expanded, its legacy ERP could not keep pace with complex planning, budgeting and process monitoring needs, creating a requirement to automate engineering and construction activities and improve performance visibility across sales, manufacturing and financials.

CHSHP deployed Epicor iScala with regional partner Automatio Center (URTZA) in a seven-month implementation that integrated Epicor ERP with visual reporting tools and scaled from 20 to 50 concurrent users.
