DeeTag Ltd., a London, Ontario–based distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, needed to boost warehouse efficiency and accuracy to keep its promise of delivering “the right product, on time, every time” as it expanded into the U.S. With about 49 employees, the company faced challenges around order picking, stock transfers, training new staff, and automating repetitive production tasks.
