HPM Building Supply is a full-service lumber and building materials supplier based in Keaau, Hawaii, operating 11 retail, lumberyard, and manufacturing locations with an 80% contractor / 20% retail sales mix. Facing siloed systems that couldn’t manage complex logistics or support growth and continuity across multiple business units, HPM needed a unified solution to integrate operations and improve efficiency.

HPM implemented Epicor BisTrack as a hosted, mobile- and web-enabled system to connect lumberyards, manufacturing, purchasing, receiving and dispatch, automate suggested ordering, and tie work orders to sales orders.
