BKB Precision puts Epicor ERP at the heart of its cuttingedge plastics processing operations

BKB Precision, a Netherlands-based specialist in ultra-precise plastic machining (down to 3 µm) serving customers like ASML, Philips Medical, Thales and CERN, needed to modernize its aging ERP to support rapid growth, tighter supply-chain integration and ever-shorter product life cycles. With plans to double turnover within three years and growing demands to link IT systems with customers and partners, their legacy system was slowing planning, procurement and collaboration.

Working with Macroscoop, BKB Precision implemented Epicor ERP (with CRM and integration tools) on a new in‑house server, migrating legacy data and functionality into a single platform. The rollout eliminated time-consuming rekeying, enabled seamless order and invoice exchange with partners, improved production planning and factory usability (tablets planned), and delivered a smooth migration that positions the company to increase productivity and pursue its growth targets.
