Sovini Trade Supplies, an independent builder’s merchant in Liverpool and part of The Sovini Group, supplies materials to local contractors and the Group’s own property services. The business needed a scalable, enterprise-wide system to replace paper-based processes, standardise purchasing (including ‘van packs’ for tradespeople), span all departments, and give customers greater visibility into orders and costs.

Epicor BisTrack was implemented to manage stock, trade counter sales, works orders, van-pack catalogues and mobile/Scan Track workflows, with plans for a web portal and advanced reporting.
