Automotive Service Parts (ASP) is an Oregon-based automotive aftermarket distributor with two warehouses, a service center and 66 employees that had relied on legacy Epicor Prism software since the 1980s. After acquiring and consolidating operations, ASP needed modern technology to support multi-location inventory and purchasing, empower employees to improve customer service, and control costs as the business grew.
