JSC TD Electroizdelia, a distribution company based in Ekaterinburg with nine stores, had automated finance and management with Epicor ERP but needed to integrate that system with a new warehouse management system to improve warehouse efficiency and eliminate double-entry errors across its branches.
Electroizdelia implemented Epicor Service Connect as a central integration hub using visual data-mapping tools and standard XML interfaces. The two-month deployment automated transfer of master data, orders, pick/acceptance lists and delivery notes, reduced data-processing errors, enabled faster development of new business processes, and provided a unified, reliable information space to support business continuity.
