Arnold Laver is a UK timber merchant that has partnered with Epicor for over a decade. After three years of software consolidation and riding out the recession, the company wanted to take its existing BisTrack system to the next level by adopting more of its manufacturing, eBusiness and mobile capabilities to improve stock control, reporting and electronic trading with major construction customers.

Arnold Laver implemented Epicor BisTrack across 12 sites (around 380 users), adding BisTrack Mobile, eBusiness, WebTrack, GPS and Business Intelligence functionality. The result was faster, far more accurate stock takes, real‑time mobile and customer portal access, streamlined electronic trading and journey planning, stronger integration with accounting and manufacturing, and high satisfaction with Epicor support — delivering better value than other ERP options.
