American Metals Supply is a third‑generation, woman‑owned wholesale distributor of sheet and coil steel, prefabricated duct & fittings, and HVAC products, serving 12 states from eight Midwest locations with over $100M in revenue. Facing an outgrown ERP and the need to stay competitive in a traditional, delivery‑focused market, the company needed faster purchasing, tighter inventory control, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions such as the COVID‑19 disruption.

They implemented Epicor Eclipse and Epicor Data Analytics and used built‑in PO queues, artificial triggers, the Eclipse API, plus integrated eCommerce and mobile driver apps to automate workflows and surface real‑time KPIs.
