American Home & Garden is a family-owned Ace Hardware retailer with two stores in Manitowoc and Green Bay, WI. They needed more mobility to serve customers and manage operations—specifically the ability to check prices, inventory and sales data without returning to a POS or office computer, and to make timely order adjustments from anywhere.

The company implemented Epicor Mobile Manager integrated with their long-standing Epicor Eagle system, giving staff smartphone access to sales history, top-selling items, cross-store inventory, and remote order and override capabilities. As a result, customer service and order accuracy improved, sales were saved through quick price and stock checks, and managers can now monitor and adjust store performance remotely.
