Jay’s ACE Hardware is a 12,000 sq. ft. hardware and home center in Wrens, Georgia (founded 1992, nine employees) that needed to streamline operations and reduce time spent on routine tasks—most notably the time-consuming weekly price changes and label printing that were eating into staff time and customer service.

By upgrading to Epicor Eagle N Series, Jay’s gained a modern, more intuitive POS and a simplified inventory price-change and label-printing workflow. The new system cut multiple steps into a few, saving at least ten minutes per price-change task, improved reporting and usability, and provides a platform that supports the store’s future growth.
