Abatement Technologies, a Fort Erie, Ontario–based leader in air abatement and HVAC filtration products, faced rapid growth and complexity as its product line expanded from a few hundred SKUs to several thousand, its supplier base topped 500, and operations spread across multiple plants. The company needed a strong manufacturing ERP to support its high-volume make-to-order/engineer-to-order environment, provide real-time data for efficiency and collaboration, and consolidate financial management and reporting across sites.

Abatement implemented Epicor ERP (with Epicor University training) and partnered with Six S Partners for a six-month rollout, gaining robust financials, ETO manufacturing support, MRP, estimating/quoting, mobile inventory access, and Advanced Financial Reporting. The system improved multi-plant coordination, supported lean practices, sped order processing (with over 98% of orders shipping within 24 hours), streamlined finance and reporting, and gave the company the agility to scale and respond quickly to demand without adding overhead.
