Transforming PostNL's on-premise SAP Payroll to SuccessFactors ECP in the cloud

PostNL, a major service provider in mail and logistics for the Benelux region, faced the challenge of migrating its on-premise SAP HCM Payroll system to the cloud as part of a larger strategic IT transformation. They needed to move this critical function to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll without undergoing a complex and disruptive full re-implementation.
