SCOR Schweiz, the Swiss division of the world's fourth-largest reinsurer, required an SAP HCM carve-out as it was the last group entity to separate its human capital management data from a shared SAP ERP system. The company also planned a separate S/4HANA migration, making an upgrade impossible and necessitating a specialized solution.
