How North American Lighting capitalized on their existing payroll implementation by migrating their payroll to SuccessFactors ECP using the EPI-USE Labs PRISM service

North American Lighting (NAL), a major automotive lighting manufacturer, sought a low-risk way to migrate its 20-year-old on-premise SAP Payroll system to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). They were concerned about the high cost, lengthy timeline, and significant risk of errors associated with a traditional re-implementation. NAL turned to EPI-USE Labs and its PRISM migration service to find a more efficient solution.

EPI-USE Labs implemented its PRISM service to quickly migrate NAL's entire payroll configuration and historical data. Using proprietary tools, they built the new ECP system and validated payrolls in just five days, a process that would typically take months.
