Associated Weavers used Client Sync™, part of the Data Sync Manager suite, to reduce time for data refreshes, cut data footprint and improve data quality

Associated Weavers, a European manufacturer of tufted carpet and luxury vinyl flooring, was struggling with a time-consuming annual data refresh for their SAP non-production environments using system copies. Their challenge was to find a more efficient solution. Following a recommendation from their SAP partner, they turned to vendor EPI-USE Labs for their Data Sync Manager suite, specifically the Client Sync product.

By implementing EPI-USE Labs' solution, Associated Weavers could perform frequent and targeted data refreshes. This resulted in a nearly 80% reduction of their SAP data footprint from 1.4TB to under 300GB and slashed the time for a full system refresh from a week to under 12 hours. The EPI-USE Labs tool provided more recent, high-quality test data, which significantly improved their testing processes.
