ATALIAN Global Services, a global facility services contractor with 6,000 U.S. employees and multiple regional acquisitions, faced fragmented payroll, HR and timekeeping systems across its subsidiaries. ATALIAN selected EPAY’s customizable HCM and Time & Labor solution and went live across four subsidiaries, using a mix of mobile, biometric and IVR time collection. Within 12 months the company cut labor waste and time theft, saving $4.76M in a year (about $400K/month) and $180K in overtime during the measured period, while speeding HR/payroll processes, improving reporting for managers, aiding COVID-era operations, reducing paper checks and benefiting from 24/7 support.
