Hilti Group, a multinational company in the construction industry, faced significant marketing challenges due to its legacy platform. These included low customer acquisition, inefficient reporting, a slow time-to-market and high operational costs. To address this, Hilti partnered with vendor EPAM Systems to implement a new digital marketing solution leveraging Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager.
EPAM implemented a unified, multi-channel campaign management platform for Hilti, integrating Adobe solutions to enable personalized email and SMS messaging, audience management and A/B testing. This new solution was successfully rolled out across 61 markets. The results were substantial, including a 50% decrease in platform costs, a 30% acceleration in time-to-market, a 55% increase in team productivity and an 18% boost in customer acquisition.
