The solution implemented by EPAM Systems was the design and engineering of the FDA-approved iluminage Skin Smoothing Laser. This involved miniaturizing existing laser technology into a handheld, user-friendly device and incorporating connectivity to help users track progress. The result was the world's first connected beauty device, which established a new market category. It received significant media attention upon launch and is sold through prestigious retailers like Sephora and Nordstrom.
