Jamba Juice partnered with EPAM Systems, through EPAM Continuum, to reimagine its customer experience as the smoothie category leader grew into an 800+ store, largely franchised brand. The challenge was to evolve its menu, in-store experience, and digital touchpoints without alienating its existing customer base, while staying relevant to changing consumer expectations and supporting future growth.

EPAM Systems delivered a holistic future-state vision covering menu, service, store design, and the digital ecosystem, including mobile ordering, kiosks, loyalty, social sharing, and health education. The work helped Jamba Juice align internal teams and prepare for acquisition, with the concept influencing ongoing business changes and contributing significantly to Jamba Juice’s sale to Focus Brands in August 2018.
