Connect@Changi partnered with EPAM Systems to rethink business travel to Singapore during COVID-19. The challenge was to create a safer, simpler travel experience that reduced quarantine time and gave travelers confidence to meet with local counterparts while navigating unfamiliar testing and entry requirements.
EPAM Systems, through EPAM Continuum, collaborated with Singapore-based partners across hospitality, transportation, healthcare, facility management, and infrastructure to design and launch the Connect@Changi pilot in just four months. Using a tech stack that included Azure, Azure DevOps, .NET, Docker, and React, EPAM Systems helped deliver a seamless guest journey with booking and testing support; the pilot was recognized with an award and achieved measurable outcomes including 120, 425, and 1,595 during the four-month trial.
