How LV= General Insurance Became Digital‑First

LV= General Insurance partnered with EPAM Systems to modernize its digital commerce experience and reduce dependence on external agencies and legacy systems. The customer needed a more flexible, cloud-based, composable platform that could improve customer experience while giving internal teams more control over content, commerce, and data management.

EPAM Systems implemented a MACH-based, headless architecture with microservices, reworking the checkout journey and adding streams such as Browse & Select, Home Page and Landing Page, and My Account, supported by CMS and DAM replacement. The result was faster implementation of new features and payment integrations, with tasks that once took hours now taking just a few clicks, improving productivity for merchandisers, marketers, engineers, and creative teams.
