Epam’s Solution for Citi Transforming The Entire Branch Experience

Citi, a leading global bank, faced the challenge of transforming its traditional brick-and-mortar branches to compete with digital-native entrants. They needed to create a new, customer-centric digital experience to improve customer interactions. To address this, Citi partnered with vendor EPAM Systems and launched the Citi Mobile Challenge, a competition to source innovative applications.

EPAM developed the winning solution, CitiConcierge, an innovative mobile platform comprising a suite of interconnected applications for customers and branch staff. This system utilized iBeacon technology to provide personalized service, streamlined transactions, and deep operational analytics. The solution was named "The Most Transformative Branch Experience" by Citi, which was so impressed it began integrating the platform into its Smart Branch initiative to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
