New Era Cap Company, an iconic headwear brand, sought to expand from its traditional B2B model and launch a direct-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce presence as part of a major rebranding effort. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor EPAM to design and implement a new global B2C platform powered by SAP Commerce Cloud.
EPAM utilized its SPARK accelerator for SAP Commerce Cloud to build a fully-featured omnichannel website for North America in just five months. The vendor then successfully rolled out two additional localized sites for Mexico and Australia within 14 months. This solution provided New Era with three fully functional B2C sites with zero downtime, enabling the brand to directly drive consumer sales and take significant steps towards becoming a global lifestyle brand.
