Corcentric, a provider of procurement, AP/AR and fleet financing solutions serving 2,000+ companies, faced a complex, paper-driven leasing process—often 30 documents per deal for fleets of 100+ vehicles and up to $10M in value—made worse by COVID-driven remote work and time-sensitive bank quotes that were expiring during slow manual workflows. To maintain a best-in-class customer experience and speed up funding, Corcentric needed a secure, contactless way to digitize lease execution while accommodating conservative funding partners.

Corcentric implemented eOriginal SmartSign, eAsset Management (eVault/eChattel) and Paper Out to digitize all lease documentation, enable secure mobile e-signature and convert electronic originals to paper when required.
