YOOX Net-a-Porter Group - Customer Case Study

The YOOX Net-a-Porter Group, a leading online luxury fashion retailer, partnered with the vendor EON to address the challenge of increasing product transparency and promoting sustainability. Their goal was to empower customers with more information about their products and support a shift towards a circular fashion economy.

EON implemented its Digital ID solution across several of the retailer's private labels and capsule collections. Each product was equipped with a QR code that customers could scan to access detailed information on design, material provenance, and care instructions, as well as connect to repair and resale services. The results were highly positive, with 12% of customers scanning a product and 81% stating they were likely to use the Digital ID function in the future. This initiative successfully provided the transparency needed to help extend the lifespan of garments.
