The sustainable lifestyle brand OuterKnown partnered with the vendor EON to address the challenge of becoming a fully circular brand by 2030. Their goal was to create products designed to stay in circulation forever and keep them out of landfills, which required a digital foundation to track and manage garments throughout their entire life cycle.

EON implemented its Digital ID technology, providing each garment with a unique QR code. This solution enables full traceability from materials to the factory and allows customers to access a product's history and care instructions. For OuterKnown, this created the necessary digital infrastructure to power future resale, rental, and recycling programs, representing a significant step towards their 2030 circularity goal.
