The customer, Hylo Athletics, sought to extend the life of its products and reduce landfill waste. To address this challenge, they partnered with the vendor EON to implement a digital ID solution using EON's technology to power their HYLOOP platform.
EON's solution provided each product with a digital identity, accessed by tapping an NFC tag. This connected customers to the HYLOOP platform for detailed care instructions, repair services, and a recycling take-back program. The result was a service-led digital product platform that successfully enables circularity, helping customers get more life from their products and supporting Hylo Athletics' sustainability goals.
