A EON Case Study
The fashion brand Ahluwalia sought to deepen the connection with its community by sharing the unique creative story behind each garment in its Autumn/Winter 2023 collection. They partnered with vendor EON and Microsoft to implement a solution using Digital IDs, moving beyond the traditional retail experience to bring the narrative of each piece to life.
EON's solution embedded a Digital ID, in the form of a QR code, into every garment. Scanning this code provides customers with a digital passport detailing the garment’s inspiration, material origins, and creative process. This initiative enhanced customer experience and transparency. Furthermore, it enabled a circularity program, allowing customers to trade in garments for recycling and credit towards future purchases, giving the items a second life.
