Paladar Restaurant in El Salvador needed a unified video surveillance system to improve security across its reception area, offices, dining rooms, entrances and exits, kitchen, and bar. To address risks such as theft, fights during busy periods, and dine-and-dash incidents, the restaurant worked with Eocortex and its IP camera video management software.

Eocortex implemented a system with 32 IP cameras, three local monitoring workstations, role-based access rights, and network storage configured for at least six months of retention. The solution also supports Suspect search, Suspect tracking, and Sabotage detection, helping staff quickly identify visitors, trace their movement, and detect camera tampering; the system is also prepared for future VPN remote monitoring and expansion as the restaurant group opens new locations.
